Our Story
The beginning
Seeing the value and positive impact a team dynamic would bring to their clients' experience, Keller Williams Capital Realty REALTORS® Brian Keirstead and Jeremy Gallant formed a strong partnership in early 2020 and have been focused on professional and personal growth ever since. In the spring of 2022, the partnership evolved into a group with the addition of our third member, Steve Ryan. At that point, Keirstead & Co. Realty Group was born. Each member brings their own unique skills and mindset to the table thus enriching the experience for all our clients and strengthening our market share in a competitive market that can be tricky to navigate.
The future
In the pursuit of constantly raising our own standards, we've set our sights on a growth plan that will enable us to adapt to the ever-changing market and continue to serve our clients at the highest level. Growth not only by adding members or increasing the number of transactions per year but by adding the right people who share our core values and bring their own unique views and fresh ideas to the group thus making us a finely tuned real estate resource for our clients' benefit.

RED (Renew, Energize, and Donate) Day is a yearly opportunity for Keller Williams Agents to give back to their communities. Every second Thursday in May, KW associates around the world do their part to clean up neighbourhoods, feed the homeless, donate toys to local orphanages and anything else that their local communities need. In just one single day, KW associates donate 250,000+ hours of community service! Overall, REDDay is our way of saying thank you to the communities we serve.
